Rowing introductory course – Fixed bench (over 18 years old)

The activity consists of learning in the water with the boat known as the Catalan llagut, aimed at assimilating the basic technique of fixed bench rowing.

April: 9 and 10

PRICE:

€ 50 (non-members) // € 30 (members)

EQUIPMENT:

• Comfortable clothes
• Sports shoes
• A towel and a spare change
• The club has changing rooms available to course participants.

REGISTRATION:

• Fill in the registration form .
• Submit a copy of the social security card: by email to caprem@maritimbarcelona.org or to the Maritime Secretariat
• Make the payment by bank transfer: you must send the receipt to caprem@maritimbarcelona.org
