REM - Mobile bench Initiation - level 1

The activity is structured in a part of indoor rowing using rowing machines and the simulator or rowing pool, and a second part of rowing in the water on board individual school boats, very suitable to assimilate the basic technique of mobile bank oar.

Rowing Initiation Course - Mobile Bank

The club organizes introductory courses that take place over two weekends, 2 hours each day, a total of 8 hours of course.

The activity is structured in a part of indoor rowing using rowing machines and the simulator or rowing pool, and a second part of rowing in the water on board individual school boats, very suitable to assimilate the basic technique of mobile bank oar.

* Minimum 4 people per course * * It is mandatory to know how to swim.

Price

  • 125 € non - club members (4 sessions)
  • 60 € club member (4 sessions)

2024 courses

  • January: 27-28/1 and 3-4/2
  • February: 17-18 and 24 and 25/2
  • March: 23-24 and 30-31/3
  • April: 13-14 and 20-21/4
  • May: 11-12 and 18-19/5
  • June: 29-30/6 and 6-7/7

EQUIPMENT:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Sports shoes
  • A towel and a spare change
  • The club has changing rooms available to course participants.
