Fixed bench improvement block (Catalan llagut)
The fixed bench training block is offered to people who, having passed the introductory course, wish to continue practicing this sport. For three months you can take part in all the regular training sessions together with the club members. The usual times are Wednesdays from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Fridays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, provided that training is not cancelled due to the regatta schedule or bad weather.
** It is mandatory to obtain the federal license (30 €)

- 50 € / month (maximum 3 months)

EQUIPMENT:
- Comfortable clothes
- Sports shoes
- A towel and a spare change
- The club has changing rooms available to course participants.
