REM - fixed bench Initiation

The activity consists of learning in the water with the boat known as the Catalan llagut, aimed at assimilating the basic technique of fixed bench rowing. It is performed over a weekend 1.5 hours each day.

The activity consists of learning in the water with the boat known as the Catalan llagut, aimed at assimilating the basic technique of fixed bench rowing. It takes place over a weekend, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm on both days.

  • September 26 and 27
  • October 24 and 25
  • November 21 and 22
  • December 12 and 13

EQUIPMENT:

  • Comfortable clothes
  • Sports shoes
  • A towel and a spare change
  • The club has changing rooms available to course participants.

  • Fill in the following registration form.
  • Present a copy of the social security card: by email to recepcio@maritimbarcelona.org or to the Maritime Secretariat.
  • Make the payment by bank transfer: you must send the receipt to recpecio@maritimbarcelona.org
