The Reial Club Marítim de Barcelona is pleased to invite you to participate in the milestone 30th edition of the “Trofeu Internacional Ciutat de Barcelona de Rem”, taking place in the iconic Port Vell on Saturday, October 17th, 2026.
This year’s edition promises to be our most spectacular yet. We are proud to announce that, for the very first time, our historic regatta will be officially integrated into the prestigious Barcelona Boat Show 2026 (Salón Náutico).
As one of the largest and most internationally renowned maritime events in the world, the Boat Show transforms Port Vell into a global hub of nautical excellence. To celebrate this exciting partnership, all Regatta participants will be granted access to the Barcelona Boat Show. This offers an extraordinary opportunity to not only compete in a premier rowing event but also to explore a world-class exhibition, network with international maritime enthusiasts, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of one of Europe’s top nautical showcases.

Registration:
It is necessary to complete the full registration of the boats and lineups before Saturday, October 10th, via the TICB Registration Form.

A provisional schedule will be published on Wednesday, October 14th, and the final participation and heat order will be announced on Friday, October 16, based on the registrations received.
It’s an open category regatta (Including U19 and Masters)
Teams from mixed clubs will be accepted also.
Only one boat per club can be entered in each category.
The regatta allows cross-entry between mixed and open events.
Regatta Schedule:
• Friday, October 16th, 2026:
o Training sessions and boat testing from 16 to 19h.
o Welcome and Regatta Meeting: 20:00 h (attendance in person or via virtual link)
• Saturday, October 17th, 2026:
o Start of heats: 8:30 h.
o End of heats: 11:00 h.
o Semifinals and finals start: 15:30 h.
o End of competition: 18:00 h.
o Awards ceremony: 18:30 h.
Race details:
• Heats 2.000 m.
• Semifinals and finals, sprints of 350 m.
• Categories: Coxed 8 men, women and mixed.
Post-race activities:
• Saturday evening: Dinner and closing party for all participants.
Offering for International Clubs
• Meals at the Club: We offer meals at an affordable price on October 16th, 17th & 18th with prior reservation at club@maritimbarcelona.org.
• Accommodation support: To facilitate your stay, we will provide 1.000€ for each 8+ team (max two crews per club).
Non-participants who wish to attend the dinner and party post-race can do it by registering at club@maritimbarcelona.org and paying 15 € to the club’s account (ES89 0182 3511 4302 0156 8314) before September 29th.
